We will also update all the settings needed for your web sites to be fully operational on our leading–edge cloud hosting platform.Our techs are completely capable of moving any type of web site. With years of practical experience in this field, they’re experts in the inner workings of our cloud hosting platform, our Control Panel and all other well–known Control Panels. For them, transferring a custom web app with many custom libraries is as easy as transferring a simple WordPress weblog.

A: There are plenty of variables to bear in mind – the overall amount of web files, the size of the database, the complexity of the site itself and the present workload of our website migration professionals, etc. Having said that, we do our very best to perform all web site migrations within a 48–hour window. Less sizeable websites are migrated faster – typically within 24 hours.

A: We will require the login information for your old web hosting provider’s Control Panel and the website’s name (domain name).

A: In order for us to begin the migration of your web hosting account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to disclose more or less the same info you have given to your present host. We also have a very rigorous Privacy Policy, which specifies how personal data is used.

A: No. Your site will continue to be online during the migration. As soon as everything is completed on our end, we’ll tell you so that you can examine it and check for problems. If everything is OK, all you will have to do is edit your domain name’s DNS resource records.

A: While we move your website content, your web hosting provider will not be aware of the transfer at all. We will not contact them in any way.

A: We can migrate your website from any web hosting provider or any Linux–driven hosting platform as long as we can get access to the Control Panel and there is FTP access available.The only websites that we cannot migrate are the ones based on closed–source software applications such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
