We’ll rapidly reply to all the general questions and forward the issue to our administrators in case further assistance is required. If you take advantage of our Managed Servers package, we’ll complete any of the included server administration services at a time that has been agreed upon in advance.

- We will be at your disposal 24x7x365 to respond to any questions that you may have with regard to our Hosting Control Panel and any of the applications that we have installed for you on the dedicated hosting server. If you also need help tackling server management procedures, examine our Managed Servers package, which includes backup space, weekly Operating System updates, server monitoring and rebooting services, as well as problem troubleshooting and software installation services.
